The extern will be involved in all aspects of wildlife rehabilitation with a focus on sea turtles, native turtles and birds. The extern will assist with husbandry, medicine and surgery and will interface with both our research and education teams. The extern is required to have a small project during their stay and at the end do a powerpoint presentation to the staff.
