2010 WAVMA Conference & Cruise CEPD Programs
(After May 15, 2010 Registration will increase by $50)

NOTE: This Registration DOES NOT INCLUDE reservations or bookings for Hotel, Optional Tours and the Cruise. These must be made through EUROSTAR SA/Travel Plan – see the Conference webpage for Reservation Forms.

Please select from the options below to register and pay for the Veterinary Continuing Education and Professional Development (CEPD) Programs at the WAVMA Conference (Athens, Greece) and/or the CEPD Cruise (Greek Islands & Turkey).

NOTE: Non-Member students (undergraduate or post-graduate) will need to provide verification of student status at the Conference. Student registration for the Cruise CEPD Program is FREE. If you are a non-member and would like a portion of your registration to go towards WAVMA 2010 Membership Dues ($100 for Full or Associate Members; or $50 for Student Members) please complete and e-mail a Membership Application (click here to download) to the WAVMA Treasurer (dulep@iastate.edu) – be sure to indicate you have paid membership dues through this online payment system.

Registration Payment & Cancellation Policy

If your credit card payment is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment within 24 hours.

Questions and all registration cancellation requests must be sent to dulep@iastate.edu. Cancellations made by July 1, 2010 will be refunded (less a $25 administrative fee deduction) through a credited back to the card originally used. Because of Conference venue commitments, cancellation after July 1, 2010 cannot be refunded. Credit card charges and refunds in currencies other that US$ are determined by international currency exchange rates, for which WAVMA has no control.
